The program
CodePRO is Penguin Academy's flagship program: an intensive, in-person 8-month track designed for people 18 and over in Paraguay who want to start a career in technology. No prior experience required.
The program is structured in four progressive phases, each building on the last: from a first line of code to a specialized, job-ready skill set.
Introduction to the tech world and development of the first project.

A soft-skills module runs throughout the program, covering self-management, communication, teamwork, and professional leadership, so graduates are ready for real teams, not just real code.
Access & financing
CodePRO offers two payment options: an upfront payment, or an Income Share Agreement (ISA) that lets participants start with no initial cost and contribute only once they are working in tech.
