We are a tight-knit team of professional penguins
We believe that people are the root of every creative endeavour. This is why we’ve built a strongly bonded tribe of creative developers, smart designers, visionary leaders, and handy illustrators. We bring together varied backgrounds, decades of professional experience, and an overdose of youthful enthusiasm. We dislike hierarchies, insincerity, and indifference. We are an egalitarian and agile startup on a journey to change the world.
The penguin family is growing!
We are looking for penguins to join us in our adventure. We don't have open positions at the moment, but that shouldn’t stop you – we’d love to hear from you and how you can help us change the world! Write us at email@example.com
Why the penguins?
One of the penguins’ best remembered characteristics is their inept, yet adorable, waddle. These flightless birds are very clumsy creatures, always tripping and slipping – when on land, that is. Place a penguin in water and you will find that is is an excellent diver and swimmer, some even reaching speeds of 22 mph. Unlike most sea mammals that rely on blubber, penguins have their own unique unique way of keeping warm. Much like the penguins, we believe that everyone, once placed in the right environment, will excel. We also believe that it is each one’s diversity and uniqueness that will unite us and lead us to success.
Why aren’t you at the south pole?
We’re raising capital to buy a boat and head south, but in the meantime we are busy helping our clients achieve their grand visions.

We are open and frank, and we value straightforward communication. We get to the crux of your business needs and work as your partner to solve your problems and realise your goals. You can expect professionalism, and a refreshing perspective and effective solutions from us.
What’s your purpose?
We are all about sharing, from our tools and solutions, to our experiences and stories. We believe that keeping knowledge free and accessible is an important component of building a better community. We like to take and make it easy- work doesn’t have to be life-draining and soul-sucking. Instead, pacing yourself, avoiding unnecessary stress, and using tools that both automate workflow and minimise human errors are key to a wholesome work experience. As a group, we enjoy what we do and who we do it with, our trust in each other ensuring a lasting, successful community. It is this community that we each constantly draw inspiration from, striving to continually educate ourselves and those around us, and build a better future for our world
Do you have penguins in the office?
No. But we have nice penguinffiti on the office walls. You should come and check them out!
How would I benefit from doing business with you?
We are a partner that deeply cares about your goals, and will take them as our own. We are both deliberate and accommodating, with none of the indifferent, “whatever” kind of attitude. Our combination of technical and human expertise will fuel a qualitative change in the way your business operates online.
How much does a website cost?
There is no single answer. Planning, designing, and building a digital product, such as a website, is a process that requires a great deal of consideration and effort. Prices depend on the scope and goals of the project. One should think of it as an investment, instead asking, “What am I expecting in return, and how ready am I to invest in it?”
I’m looking for a job. Why join the penguins?
Cause we cool, fam! Our company has an egalitarian and unbiased structure, and our direct and efficient form of management doesn’t mean that we don’t have fun. We offer our team members freedom to achieve their full potential, and are all about supporting and encouraging each other in each one’s respective journey. We believe in changing the world for the better, and in having fun while doing so.
How much is 2+2?
More than 5! Combine empathy with emerging technologies, apply it to the web (the grand force multiplier), and it can be whatever you want.
P.S. It’s actually 42.
Do you do pro-bono projects?
We are not a charity, but we love working with clients who share our vision and are working towards making the world a better place. They should contact us to discuss how we can help them.
